Itinerary (Travel Plan)
Day 1:ARRIVAL NJP RAILWAY STATION / (IXB) BAGDOGRA AIRPORT - GANGTOK
On arrival at NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport, (500Ft / 150Mts) will be met by our office Executive who will assist you to board your vehicle to Gangtok (5500 Ft /1677 Mts, 130 Kms / 04 to 05 Hrs). Check in and over night at Hotel.
DAY 2 GANGTOK
After breakfast, in the morning, start for excursion to Tshangu Lake - situated at a height of 12400Ft / 3780 Mts / 43Kms in 3Hrs one way, with an average depth of 50 ft. The cool water of the Lake is perfectly attuned with the scenic beauty around. Back to Gangtok and Overnight at Hotel.
DAY 3 GANGTOK - DARJEELING
After breakfast, transfer to Darjeeling (7380 Ft / 2250 Mts, 115 Kms / 05 to 06 Hrs). Afternoon go for a half-day sight seeing of Japanese Temple, Peace pagoda, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park & Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Tenzing & Gombu Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Center (Closed on Sunday) & Tea Estate.Overnight at Hotel.
DAY 4 DARJEELING - NJP RAILWAY / IXB AIRPORT
Early morning tour to Tiger Hills (8364 Ft / 2550 Mts at around 4 AM) to view sunrise over Kanchendzonga Peak (subject to clear weather). On way back visit Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop. After breakfast proceed to NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport (100 Kms / 03 to 04 Hrs Hrs) for your onward connection.

- Cost for any other service not mentioned under the “Cost Includes” Head
- Cost for Airfare, Train fare, Insurance.
- Cost for any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to change in package cost, which may come into effect prior to departure
- Additional cost arising due to mishaps, political unrest, natural calamities like - landslides, road blockage, etc. In such case extra will have to be paid on the spot by the guest directly.

Prices valid from 01st January 2011 to 31st December 2011.
Prices valid for minimum 02, 04 & 06 pax traveling together in one vehicle.
Tentive room reservation will be hold for the period 7 days only.

If you book online or over the phone you must provide us with all information which we require including any additional information or specific requirements,. Alternatively you can mail us the info on info@himalayanrendezvous.com CC to kapoor.nakul@gmail.com. You must also ensure that all information which you provide is accurate When we receive your booking one of our representative will contact you within 24hrs with booking ref number and the confirmation of the tour. For any future correspondence this file number should be quoted. After receiving the confirmation, please check the details carefully and inform us immediately if anything appears to be incorrect as it may not be possible to make changes later. Once you are satisfied with the booking you have to pay minimum deposit of Rs 3000.00/- or 10% of the total package (whichever is higher) which will be non refundable .

Further please note incase you have deposited the payment & have not acknowledged on the above ID’s, the hotel will Auto Release the accommodation booked on Time Limit on its expiry. In such a situation we will not hold ourselves responsible for the happening.

Cancellation
If you or anyone on your holiday booking decides to cancel the holiday you must notify us of the decision as soon as possible. Any notification by telephone must also be confirmed in writing or by e-mail within 24 hours by the person who made the original booking. Cancellation will take effect from the day we are notified provided that written confirmation is received by us within 24 hours of the original notification.
The following scale of charges will be payable depending on when the notification of cancellation is received.

In case of any Flight / Train Cancellation has effected the operation of the Tours then the Company will not be responsible for the same and the cancellation policy will be applicable.
Refund
Refund against Amendment and Cancellations will be paid by the original mode of payment. It would take at least 15 days to process such Refund. Any bank charges in addition to admin cost of INR 100 will be deducted for the final payment
If after the commencement of a tour the Client requests any amendments to the agreed arrangements, or accommodation, Himalayan rendezvous will do their best to implement such amendments, but cannot guarantee that it will be possible. In the event of any amendment the Client will be liable for any cancellation charges and / or additional costs that may be incurred by the Company and/or its agents.
|After commencement of tour there is NO REFUND for any unutilized services example – meals, hotel, sightseeing, transportation (surface / air). All refund made will be in INR (Indian Rupees).
Accommodation will be provided in mentioned hotel in case non availability of rooms in mentioned hotel similar category of hotel / rooms will be provided
