Summer Camps Manali - Our camp site is just 5 kms from Manali on NH 21 (Kullu – Manali and rohtang National Highway) Situated in the river bed & lap of the hills, Looking at the snow covered mountain peaks of Rohtang Pass.
Here we can accommodate 150 to 200 persons at a time.
Adventure activities available - are Trekking, River Crossing, Rock Climbing, Rappelling and Crossing of Burma Bridge. Bonfire can also be organise on request.
Different packages are available according to group size, age group & All packages includes the tent stay, Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. Vehicle for Manali Local sightseeing can be arrange on request.

ARRIVAL MANALI FROM DELHI - TAKE OVERNIGHT VOLVO FROM DELHI (575 KM 13-14 HRS)
Arrive at Manali in the morning and transfer to camp site. Day is free for activities. overnight stay in Camp.
DAY 2 IN MANALI
Free day for activities. overnight stay in Camp.
DAY 3 IN MANALI MANALI
Free day for activities. overnight stay in Camp.
DAY 4 DELHI TO MANALI- TAKE OVERNIGHT VOLVO FROM MANALI (575 KM 13-14 HRS)
Leave for Delhi from Manali in the evening. with sweet memories of the tour.

Prices valid from 01st January 2011 to 31st December 2011.
Prices valid for minimum 02, 04 & 06 pax traveling together.
Tentive room reservation will be hold for the period 7 days only.
BOOKING YOUR TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
Bookings made online/ telephone
If you book online or over the phone you must provide us with all information which we require including any additional information or specific requirements,. Alternatively you can mail us the info on info@himalayanrendezvous.com CC to kapoor.nakul@gmail.com. You must also ensure that all information which you provide is accurate When we receive your booking one of our representative will contact you within 24hrs with booking ref number and the confirmation of the tour. For any future correspondence this file number should be quoted. After receiving the confirmation, please check the details carefully and inform us immediately if anything appears to be incorrect as it may not be possible to make changes later. Once you are satisfied with the booking you have to pay minimum deposit of Rs 3000.00/- or 10% of the total package (whichever is higher) which will be non refundable .

Further please note incase you have deposited the payment & have not acknowledged on the above ID’s, the hotel will Auto Release the accommodation booked on Time Limit on its expiry. In such a situation we will not hold ourselves responsible for the happening.

Cancellation
If you or anyone on your holiday booking decides to cancel the holiday you must notify us of the decision as soon as possible. Any notification by telephone must also be confirmed in writing or by e-mail within 24 hours by the person who made the original booking. Cancellation will take effect from the day we are notified provided that written confirmation is received by us within 24 hours of the original notification.
The following scale of charges will be payable depending on when the notification of cancellation is received.

In case of any Flight / Train Cancellation has effected the operation of the Tours then the Company will not be responsible for the same and the cancellation policy will be applicable.
Refund
Refund against Amendment and Cancellations will be paid by the original mode of payment. It would take at least 15 days to process such Refund. Any bank charges in addition to admin cost of INR 100 will be deducted for the final payment
If after the commencement of a tour the Client requests any amendments to the agreed arrangements, or accommodation, Himalayan rendezvous will do their best to implement such amendments, but cannot guarantee that it will be possible. In the event of any amendment the Client will be liable for any cancellation charges and / or additional costs that may be incurred by the Company and/or its agents.
|After commencement of tour there is NO REFUND for any unutilized services example – meals, hotel, sightseeing, transportation (surface / air). All refund made will be in INR (Indian Rupees).
Camping Information
The best months for camping near Manali are April to mid-June and mid-September to mid-October. Bring warm clothes with you, especially during April and October. We can arrange special camping packages in Manali to give you the best holiday experience.
