Itinerary (Travel Plan)
Day 1
DELHI - SHIMLA
Leave DELHI for Shimla in the morning. On arrival check in hotel for overnight stay.
DAY 2: SHIMLA
After breakfast, take a sightseeing tour of Shimla visiting the jakhu temple, kufri which is famous for panoramic view and ski slopes,Naldera –famous for nine hole golf course designed by Viceroy Lord Curzon. Stay overnight at the hotel.
DAY 3: SHIMLA- SARAHAN (176 KM/APPROXIMATELY 5-6 HOURS)
After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Drive to Sarahan - known as gateway to Kinnaur .Enroute visit Narkanda a famous place known for its ski slopes. Visit Bhimakali temple -one of unique example of architecture. Check into the hotel after day’s excursion. Stay overnight at the hotel.
DAY 4: SARAHAN- SANGLA (92 KM/APPROXIMATELY 3-4 HOURS)
After breakfast start your drive to Sangla or Baspa, Valley used to be described as ‘the most beautiful valley and is famous for its saffron fields.. Stay overnight at the camps. Situated in the lush green forests of cedar and pine, Camp is an ideal setting for enjoying nature to its fullest.It provides luxury tented accommodation.
DAY 5: SANGLA- CHITKUL-SANGLA- KALPA(90 KM)
After breakfast, visit chitkul village -- is the last inhabited village near the Indo-Tibet border Chitkul, on the banks of Baspa River, is the first village of the Baspa Valley and the last village on the old Hindustan-Tibet trade route. At afternoon drive back to Sangla and leave for RecongPeo,. is the capital of Kinnaur district. Overnight stay at Kalpa
DAY 6 KALPA- NAKO LAKE (120 KM, 5-6 HRS)
Leave Kalpa to visit Nako -scenic place, and is built around a lucid lake (Nako Lake), and in its northern direction are four Buddhist temples with stuccoes images, which are believed to be of saint Padmasambhava. There are other two temples housing large prayer wheels. Visit famous village ribba and Kanam. From Nako, the Spiti valley is 20km and is called “World within world” and “Place of God”. Both these names point towards its unique beauty and solitude - enjoy it and just save it within you. A flashback of these memories will fill you with new energy and calmness throughout your life. Overnight stay.
DAY 7 NAKO- TABO (90 KM 3-4 HRS)
After breakfast leave for TABO in Lahaul and Spiti district. This holy place lies between Rekong Peo and Kaza , the sub-divisional headquarters of Spiti. The town surrounds a Buddhist monastery which, according to legend, is said to be over a thousand years old. His Holiness the Dalai Lama has expressed his desire to retire to Tabo, since he maintains that the Tabo Monastery is one of the holiest. In 1996, HH the Dalai Lama conducted the Kalachakra initiation ceremony in Tabo, which coincided with the millennium anniversary celebrations of the Tabo monastery. The ceremony was attended by thousands of Buddhists from across the world. Overnight stay at Tabo.
DAY 8 TABO- KAZA( 130 KM 5-6HRS)
After breakfast leave for Kaza. Kaza, situated along the Spiti River river at an elevation of 3,800 meters (12,500 ft) above mean sea level, is the largest township and commercial center of the valley along the route Drive to Dhankar the traditional capital of Spiti, Dhankar Gompa (3,890m) is located on top of a hill 25m. Check into a hotel for overnight stay in kaza
DAY 9 KAZA EXCRUSSION AROUND KAZA
After breakfast visit Kye Gompa-- is a Tibetan Buddhist monastery located on top of a hill close to the Spiti River. It is the biggest monastery of Spiti Valley and a religious training centre for Lamas. In the architectural definitions given to various monasteries, Ki falls in the 'Pasada' style which is characterised by more stories than one and often plays the role of a fort-monastery. Visit Kibber - a village high in the Spiti Valley in the Himalayas at 4270 metres . It contains a monastery and the Kibber Wildlife Sanctuary. Kibber lies in a narrow valley on the summit of a limestone rock. It is located 6 kilometers from Kaza The village has around 80 houses, unique, given that they are made of stone instead of mud or adobe brick used extensively elsewhere in the Spiti valley
DAY 10 KAZA- KEYLONG (187 KM 10-12 HRS)
Leave for keylong . Keylong is the administrative centre of the Lahaul and Spiti district some 120 kilometers from the Indo-Tibetan border. Keylong is at an altitude of 3,080 meters (10,104 feet). Kunzum la or the Kunzum Pass (altitude 4,551 m; 14,931 ft) is the entrance pass to the Spiti Valley from Lahaul. Overnight stay in hotel.
DAY 11 EXCRUSSION IN AROUND KEYLONG
Visit Kardang Monastery or Gompa is a famous Drukpa Lineage monastery, and is the most important monastery the Lahaul valley. The associated village of Kardang was once the capital of Lahaul.The monastery is a huge white building bedecked with prayer flags.[2] It is situated on a ridge below the 15,000 foot (4,572 meters) Rangcha peak, at an altitude of 3,500m on the left bank of the Bhaga River.Shashur GompaThree kilometers from Keylong is the Shashu Gompa. Dedicated to a Zanskari lama,it was built in the 16th century and s of the Gelukpa order. The 5m thangka is famous in the region. An annual festival, held every June or July (depending on the Tibetan calendar) is renowned for the mask dances performed by the lamas.
DAY 12 KEYLONG- MANALI VIA ROHTANG PASS (115 KM 6-7 HRS)
Leave very early for Manali over Rohtang pass. Arrival manali and check in to hotel. Evening visit Manali market and mall road. Back to hotel for overnight stay.
DAY 13 MANALI EXCRUSSION
Visit famous Hadimba Temple This temple, with a finely wrought four - tiered pagoda roof, dating back to 1553, is built around a natural cave, which enshrines the footprints of the goddess Hadimba. Visit nagar castle and NICHOLAS ROERICH ART GALLERY: Prof. Late Nicholas Roerich, a reputed artist had chosen Naggar as his residence when he came to India in 1929. The house has now been converted in an art gallery which houses numbers of rare paintings and other specimen of art. The gallery is open for visitors.
DAY 14 MANALI / DELHI
Leave very early for DELHI and Transfer to airport for your onward journey with sweet memories of the tour.

You must also ensure that all information which you provide is accurate When we receive your booking one of our representative will contact you within 24hrs with booking ref number and the confirmation of the tour. For any future correspondence this file number should be quoted. After receiving the confirmation, please check the details carefully and inform us immediately if anything appears to be incorrect as it may not be possible to make changes later. Once you are satisfied with the booking you have to pay minimum deposit of Rs 3000.00/- or 10% of the total package (whichever is higher) which will be non refundable .

Cancellation
If you or anyone on your holiday booking decides to cancel the holiday you must notify us of the decision as soon as possible. Any notification by telephone must also be confirmed in writing or by e-mail within 24 hours by the person who made the original booking. Cancellation will take effect from the day we are notified provided that written confirmation is received by us within 24 hours of the original notification.

In case of any Flight / Train Cancellation has effected the operation of the Tours then the Company will not be responsible for the same and the cancellation policy will be applicable.
Refund
Refund against Amendment and Cancellations will be paid by the original mode of payment. It would take at least 15 days to process such Refund. Any bank charges in addition to admin cost of INR 100 will be deducted for the final payment
If after the commencement of a tour the Client requests any amendments to the agreed arrangements, or accommodation, Himalayan rendezvous will do their best to implement such amendments, but cannot guarantee that it will be possible. In the event of any amendment the Client will be liable for any cancellation charges and / or additional costs that may be incurred by the Company and/or its agents.
|After commencement of tour there is NO REFUND for any unutilized services example – meals, hotel, sightseeing, transportation (surface / air). All refund made will be in INR (Indian Rupees).
