Learning in Outdoors
Learning to Excel
The most fundamental lessons that go into the making of a positive
personality, are learnt in the school of Life. Out there in the great
outdoors is the institute of learning which prepares each of one of us to
face the challenges of life in an effective way.
It is a known fact that we never stop learning - whether from people around
us, our own experiences or mistakes, we keep learning lessons throughout our
lives.
Himalayan Rendezvous invites Corporates to the great 'Himalayan Outdoors Institute' to conduct adventure training programmes, team-building
programmes and a host of such other programmes that help build personnel
strengths and team spirit.
We specialise in creating plans to suit your specific needs. The main focus
of the outdoor programmes is on building team spirit. But the Himalayan
Rendezvous team is also concerned about leadership and communication
development, along with team integration. These goals are set to be achieved
by group activities like abseiling, night hikes, jungle hikes, bush walking
and mountain biking. Programme durations are charted out according to the
needs of the clients.
Our trainers have a vast industry experience and are involved in imparting
corporate training to well-known corporates. They have professional training
and experience in a variety of fields, including management, academics and
human psychology. We also employ our own specialised adventure sports
instructors for all the outdoor activities. Our training sites in the serene
Himalayas offer ideal locations for all corporate and adventure training
activities.
We take pride in our qualified and trained facilitators, all of whom are
specialists and experts in their respective fields.
Our Corporate Training Programmes (CTP) set the following goals:
1. Creating a spirit of teamwork and camaraderie.
2. Development of leadership skills
3. Development of skills in target setting, time management and decision making under pressure

4. An experience in dealing with change and uncertainty
